Your Home for Life Plan

The Home for Life Plan provides a simple way for you to secure your next home for thousands less, through the purchase of a Lifetime Lease.

You review properties on the market (these can be on the market with any estate agent, anywhere in England or Wales) and, once you find your ideal home, Homewise will purchase that property.

Put simply, we buy the property, you pay us a one-off sum to purchase a Lifetime Lease on it, providing you with the right to live in your new home without any rent or mortgage payments at any time. You can also choose to safeguard a percentage of the property value for your estate.
