Back in 1971, Reg Neal started the company with the aim of providing secure and affordable homes for a group of friends that were struggling to find appropriate housing as they got older. Nowadays, this is known as the Home for Life Plan, and the company is run by Reg's sons: Mark, Justin and Sean, with just a little bit of help from mum Karen.
