Senior Consultant

A self-motivated sales person with the ability to build great, long-lasting relationships...

As the main point of contact with customers, you will be responsible for meeting our customers face-to-face. Your role will be mostly based out of the office, visiting customers in their homes around the UK, building rapport and ensuring that the customer (and their family) feels at ease and completely understands Homewise and the Home for Life Plan.

You will need to fully understand their needs and create and present bespoke solutions provided by the Home for Life Plan. From this you will agree a realistic, proactive strategy that moves the customer forward in the sales process and helps them to the achieve their moving goals.

As Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring both the Sales Support Teams and the customer deliver against the agreed strategy to achieve sales within the targeted time frames.

Key skill set:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • Target driven and able to meet agreed targets
  • Organised and able to self-manage to ensure effective time management
  • Ability to adapt communication style, adopting a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion
  • Commitment to on-going personal development

Experience and qualities

  • Sales experience is essential, field sales experience would be excellent
  • Experience in a customer facing sales role
  • IT literate – CRM and diary management
  • Knowledge of the property market is preferred

Property Consultant

A brilliant communicator with a focus on finding solutions...

You will be supporting customers to view properties and conduct research, taking the lead and facilitating, coordinating and accompanying customers on viewings which have been pre-planned. You'll also manage a pipeline of customers who are at risk of becoming a cancellation. As a great communicator and problem-solver, you'll love working closely with the customer, stakeholders and estate agents to ensure we are still able to meet their goals.

Maintaining relationships and liaising with the customer and the estate agents involved, helping to secure properties and keep deals together, is key in this role. You'll also be completing vital due diligence on our customers' potential new homes, ensuring that the Home Moving Team have all the information they need to secure properties for our customers, which means we're able to help our customers move to their dream home!

Key skill set:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to actively listen
  • A passion for Customer Service and Sales
  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time, particularly diary management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, professional attitude and calm under pressure
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Ability to build rapport and put a customer at ease
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development

Experience and qualifications required: 

  • Previous Estate Agent or Residential Lettings experience in a customer-facing Sales role
  • Full, clean driving license

Marketing and Events Executive

A dynamic, target-focused marketer with great people skills...

As part of a fast-paced and ambitious company, you’ll be supporting our long-term growth plans through helping our new partnership channels and encouraging community engagement through events. You'll develop the events calendar and co-ordinate lead-generating events that appeal to our audience, working with the digital team to create multi-channel campaigns for these events and reporting on their success.

You'll have bags of energy to get people engaged in and excited about the events and opportunities you’re creating and will play an important role in supporting our Business Development plans. This will include preparing pitches and presentations, and co-ordinating marketing campaigns surrounding the launch of the new partner. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and success of the business, apply today!

  • Highly organised and good at managing multiple deadlines with varying priorities
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving

Experience and qualifications required: 

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of digital and email marketing
  • Experienced using CRM systems and event software - Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions would be an advantage
  • Maths and English GCSE, C or above or equivalent
  • A degree in Marketing or Communications or an equivalent Marketing qualification would be an advantage
