Customer Service Consultant

A motivated and results focused team player with a passion for sales...

Our enthusiastic CSCs are the first point of contact for all sales opportunities for Homewise and love working to meet achievable targets, being solutions focused and demonstrating rapport-building skills everyday.

They are responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, as well as contacting customers who've enquired via our website or email. Continually providing excellent service to all customers is essential and they maintain a pipeline of customers through the initial sales process, gaining commitment throughout the customer journey.

  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time effectively

Please note: The Customer Service Consultant position is a full time role based at our office in Worthing, West Sussex. It is a shift working position, covering the hours of 09:00-19:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-17:00 Saturdays - working 5 out of 7 shifts.


Property Researcher

A confident, motivated individual with excellent leadership skills…

We’re looking for a property researcher to join our Home Moving Team, this role will involve carrying out due diligence to determine the value and suitability of a property to be purchased by Homewise.

You’ll be responsible for the creation of the due diligence on all properties for the team by following Best Practice and engaging with local Estate Agents. You’ll be liaising with our partner Estate Agents and other key stakeholders and will prepare sign-up paperwork for the
stakeholders.

  • Ability to actively listen
  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

Experience and qualifications required: 

  • Administration experience essential
  • Must be IT literate with strong skills in Excel and word

Data Analyst

A focused, motivated individual with excellent prioritisation and planning skills…

We’re looking for two creative thinkers and solution finders to join our team of data analysts. The purpose of this role is to enable data driven decision making and increase efficiency across the business. You’ll be liaising with stakeholders from across the business, including senior management, to deliver reporting that improves the performance of the business.

You’ll be responsible for implementing robust data validation checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting. You’ll capture, resolve and report on any inaccuracies in reporting and work within a team of Data Analysts to achieve the goals of the team.
