Senior Consultant

A self-motivated sales person with the ability to build great, long-lasting relationships...

As the main point of contact with customers, you will be responsible for meeting our customers face-to-face. Your role will be mostly based out of the office, visiting customers in their homes around the UK, building rapport and ensuring that the customer (and their family) feels at ease and completely understands Homewise and the Home for Life Plan.

You will need to fully understand their needs and create and present bespoke solutions provided by the Home for Life Plan. From this you will agree a realistic, proactive strategy that moves the customer forward in the sales process and helps them to the achieve their moving goals.

As Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring both the Sales Support Teams and the customer deliver against the agreed strategy to achieve sales within the targeted time frames.

Key skill set:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • Target driven and able to meet agreed targets
  • Organised and able to self-manage to ensure effective time management
  • Ability to adapt communication style, adopting a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion
  • Commitment to on-going personal development

Experience and qualities

  • Sales experience is essential, field sales experience would be excellent
  • Experience in a customer facing sales role
  • IT literate – CRM and diary management
  • Knowledge of the property market is preferred

Sales Manager

A positive, committed leader with a passion for customer service and sales...

You’ll be starting your new role within Homewise focused on providing leadership, direction, support and development to the sales department and ensure motivation and morale remains high using our culture for success. You’ll be an effective and positive member of the senior management team and contribute / influence the company strategy.

You’ll develop and implement strategic sales plan, manage resources and set departmental objectives. You’ll ensure all Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and behavioural targets are met or exceeded. You’ll also interrogate data to identify and evaluate any changes needed in process and/or training to ensure we deliver the company targets whilst maintaining the best customer journey.

  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time

Customer Service Consultant

A motivated and results focused team player with a passion for sales...

We're looking for a curious and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Customer Services team. You will be the first point of contact for all sales opportunities for Homewise and will love working to meet achievable targets, being solutions focused and demonstrating your rapport-building skills everyday.

You'll be responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, as well as contacting customers who've enquired via our website or email. Continually providing excellent service to all customers is essential and you'll maintain a pipeline of customers through the initial sales process, gaining commitment throughout the customer journey. You'll have the ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, maintaining a professional and positive "can do" attitude at all times.

  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time effectively

Please note: This is a full time role based at our office in Worthing, West Sussex. This is a shift working position, covering the hours of 09:00-19:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-17:00 Saturdays - working 5 out of 7 shifts.
