Lead to Opportunity Consultant

An enthusiastic consultant with a passion for sales and customer service...

We're looking for a curious, attentive and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Customer Services team. You will be the first point of contact for all sales opportunities for Homewise and will love working to meet achievable targets, being solutions focused and demonstrating your passion for sales and customer service everyday.

You will be responsible for all incoming calls from potential customers, as well as those who have enquired via our website or email. The role involves qualifying all leads to minimum criteria and, if they qualify for the Home for Life Plan, to create the lead into an opportunity for the business.You'll have the ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, maintaining a professional and positive "can do" attitude at all times.

  • A year’s experience working in a Sales environment
