Senior Consultant

A self-motivated sales person with the ability to build great, long-lasting relationships...

As the main point of contact with customers, you will be responsible for meeting our customers face-to-face. Your role will be mostly based out of the office, visiting customers in their homes around the UK, building rapport and ensuring that the customer (and their family) feels at ease and completely understands Homewise and the Home for Life Plan.

You will need to fully understand their needs and create and present bespoke solutions provided by the Home for Life Plan. From this you will agree a realistic, proactive strategy that moves the customer forward in the sales process and helps them to the achieve their moving goals.

As Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring both the Sales Support Teams and the customer deliver against the agreed strategy to achieve sales within the targeted time frames.

Key skill set:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • Target driven and able to meet agreed targets
  • Organised and able to self-manage to ensure effective time management
  • Ability to adapt communication style, adopting a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion
  • Commitment to on-going personal development

Experience and qualities

  • Sales experience is essential, field sales experience would be excellent
  • Experience in a customer facing sales role
  • IT literate – CRM and diary management
  • Knowledge of the property market is preferred

Customer Service Consultant

A motivated and results focused team player with a passion for sales...

Our enthusiastic CSCs are the first point of contact for all sales opportunities for Homewise and love working to meet achievable targets, being solutions focused and demonstrating rapport-building skills everyday.

They are responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, as well as contacting customers who've enquired via our website or email. Continually providing excellent service to all customers is essential and they maintain a pipeline of customers through the initial sales process, gaining commitment throughout the customer journey.

Key skill set:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to actively listen
  • Ability to plan, organise and manage own time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Please note: The Customer Service Consultant position is a full time role based at our office in Worthing, West Sussex. It is a shift working position, covering the hours of 09:00-19:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-17:00 Saturdays - working 5 out of 7 shifts.

Team Leader - Senior Consultant

We’re looking for an organised and confident leader to manage our team of field sales consultants. In this role, you’ll be responsible for directional decisions and performance of the team in line with department goals. You’ll take a proactive approach to day to day challenges that impact the business and aim to make the team great for the business and customer, in line with our culture and values.

As Team Leader, you’ll also be responsible for coaching and developing the team on a 1-2-1, in the moment basis or using unique methods for remote workers to improve performance in line with company goals.

Team Leader - Contact Centre

Due to company and department growth, we're looking for two leaders to manage our team of Contact Centre Consultants, could one of them be you?

As team leader, you will be responsible for directional decisions and performance of the team in line with department goals. You'll love to take a proactive approach to day to day challenges and your aim will be to make the team great for both the business and the customer, in line with our culture and values.

You'll create and run incentives to drive results and be responsible for coaching the team, working on their development and implementing changes where required. You will ensure that your team deliver outstanding customer service for our customers and that sales targets are exceeded, remaining calm under pressure and thriving in this environment.

Key skill set:

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • Proven successful coach within a Contact Centre environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
