Homewise hosts afternoon tea with customers

Here at Homewise, we support our customers through the whole moving home process, from finding an estate agent to negotiating on their next home to moving day itself. So, as you can imagine, we get to know everyone very well indeed. But once moving day has passed and everyone’s settled into their new way of life, it’s nice to have an opportunity to catch up and see how things are going. So, we started a lunch club!

We invited some of our local customers, who had moved into their new homes recently, to join us for afternoon tea at the lovely Palm Court Pavillion in Worthing.

It was an opportunity to find out how things have been going, to get some invaluable feedback on our service and, for some of the team, a chance to finally meet the people they’ve been helping face to face. It was also an opportunity for prosecco and cake...

We pride ourselves on the support we offer every customer, and it's wonderful to learn how using the Home for Life Plan impacted their lives. Being able to share stories and meet other customers was wonderful for the group, with some having similar stories and moving goals they were able to achieve.

We’ve been in the industry for over forty years now and in that time we’ve helped thousands of people to move home. It’s what we do. It’s written into our vision, our mission and our values, so it was an absolute pleasure to be able to catch up with just some of the people we’ve helped. Their feedback is invaluable to us and helps to shape the decisions we make every single day.
