Homewise hosts afternoon tea with customers

Here at Homewise, we support our customers through the whole moving home process, from finding an estate agent to negotiating on their next home to moving day itself. So, as you can imagine, we get to know everyone very well indeed. But once moving day has passed and everyone’s settled into their new way of life, it’s nice to have an opportunity to catch up and see how things are going.

So, we started a lunch club. We invited some of our local customers who had moved into their new homes recently to join us for afternoon tea at the lovely Palm Court Pavillion in Worthing. It was an opportunity to find out how things have been going, to get some invaluable feedback on our service and, for some of the team, a chance to finally meet the people they’ve been helping face to face. It was also an opportunity for prosecco and cake…

We’ve been in the industry for over forty years now and in that time we’ve helped thousands of people to move home. It’s what we do. It’s written into our vision, our mission and our values, so it was an absolute pleasure to be able to catch up with just some of the people we’ve helped. Their feedback is invaluable to us and helps to shape the decisions we make every single day.

And, if you have any questions about the Home for Life Plan at all that you’d like some reassurance on, these guys have very kindly offered to help answer them. Just get in touch to find out how the Home for Life Plan could work for you.

Here are some of the photos from the day. Enjoy!
