Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive which we call Senior Consultants to join our fast-paced and ambitious company. You will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales and experience of working with customer face-to-face. We want you to be passionate about finding the best solution for our customers.

The role is both field and office based (Worthing, West Sussex). The Senior Consultant will be working with pre-qualified, strong customer leads. You will attend customer meetings, usually held in their own home. During these meeting the Senior Consultant will need to fully understand the customer needs, create and present bespoke solutions provided by the ‘Home for Life Plan’.

Experience and qualifications required

  • Sales experience is essential, field sales experience would be excellent
  • Experience in a customer facing sales role
  • IT literate – CRM and diary management
  • Knowledge of the property market is preferred
  • Full clean driving licence

Please note: This is a full-time role and will involve frequent travel, mainly across the South East region. Applicants should be accustomed to driving, accepting that driving is a key part of the job and the service we provide.

The role requires flexibility as this is not a Monday to Friday 9-5 job. Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full clean driving licence and any offer of employment for this role is subject to a satisfactory basic DBS check.
