Property Consultant

A brilliant communicator with a focus on finding solutions...

In this role, you will be working with our Home Moving Team to support customers as they progress through the home moving process. You'll be completing vital due diligence on our customers' potential new homes and ensuring that the Home Moving Team have all the information they need at the right time to be able to secure properties for our customers. You'll be working closely with the customer and the estate agents involved to help secure properties and keep deals together, making sure we're able to help our customers achieve their dream home for their retirement. 

Key skill set:

Sales Progressor

An experienced sales progressor with bags of drive and determination...

We're looking for a brilliant, motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. You will be the point of contact for all sales progression activities for Homewise, supporting our over 60s customers as they move into their new home. You will be responsible for managing all transactions through to exchange and completion within required timescales, keeping customers up to date and motivated throughout the process. The role will require you to co-ordinate solicitors, estate agents, managing agents, customers and investors and needs someone with excellent customer service skills as well as a positive, can-do attitude to problem solving.
