Our consultants will explain the Lifetime Lease fully, clearly and accurately enabling you to assess the suitability of the Lifetime Lease to your needs
We insist you obtain independent legal advice
We insist that your legal work is conducted by an independent solicitor of you choice. Prior to completion the solicitor will be provided with full details of the Lifetime Lease to discuss with you. The solicitor is required to sign a solicitor's certificate confirming they have explained the Lifetime Lease to you fully.
We insist you obtain Independent Financial Advice
We insist that you seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). In most cases you will have released a large sum of money in the move from your current property and an IFA can discuss your options on investment and any effects this may have on your financial status e.g. benefits/pensions received etc.
No hidden fees
There will be no interest or hidden payments when you commit to our Lifetime Lease.
Portability and flexibility
We understand your property needs may change over time and we guarantee your right to move into another property of your choice if the need arises - terms and conditions apply.
We promise to keep your details to ourselves
Being registered under the Data Protection Act, we will only pass your details onto relevant parties in the transaction such as solicitors and surveyors.
For added assurance we can provide, upon request, reference and testimonials from solicitors and existing customers.
