Home Search
You contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable consultants will establish your requirements. We will then talk through the Lifetime Lease and provide you with a price illustration based on the discount we will offer you.
Should you wish to proceed, we will arrange for you to meet one of our consultants either at home, or if appropriate, at a property you wish to view.
As part of the consultation process, we always encourage involvement of family members or other beneficiaries of your estate who may be affected by your decision to enter into the Lifetime Lease. Our consultants will welcome any questions that you or your family members/beneficiaries may have.

Finding your ideal property
If you don't already have a particular property in mind, we will conduct a home search for you, free of charge. We continue the home search to send you relevant property details until you have found the home that's right for you.

The offer
Once you've chosen your new home, we will make a formal offer and we require you to complete an application form accompanied by the application fee. This is refunded upon successful completion of the transaction.
To ensure the move to your new home proceeds smoothly and on time, we liaise with the purchaser of your current property and the vendor of your new home, on your behalf.

Through to completion
If you choose to take advantage of our cash offer service, providing a quick sale of your current home, we will also manage this process for you.

On completion of a successful survey by an independent surveyor on your chosen home, we will send you a formal offer outlining your personal discount and your Lifetime Lease price. This offer will illustrate clearly:
- The market value of your chosen property
- Your personal discount
- The remaining amount you are required to pay
Your solicitor will be issued with the relevant legal documentation relating to the Lifetime Lease in order to progress the transaction to completion. You are not committed to the Lifetime Lease until your solicitor has checked the lease, you have signed it and contracts exchanged.
