Do I qualify?

  • You can take out a Lifetime Leases if you are a couple or on your own, living with a friend or another family member, as long as you are both aged 60 or over.

    You will need to have sufficient funds available to purchase the Lifetime Lease and these are usually drawn from the sale of your current property or, in some cases, from savings. You will not be able to use a mortgage or loan to fund the purchase of the Lifetime Lease.
