Retired Mr & Mrs Green were living in a bungalow in Devon, when they decided to move back to the pictureseque town of Port Isaac.
Having moved away from the area several years before they grew to miss their old way of life and wanted to return.
Following initial property searches the Greens soon discovered that house prices in Port Isaac had greatly increased in the time they had been away and were now too expensive.
Having found their ideal bungalow Mr & Mrs Green were able to move in thanks to a Homewise Home For Life Plan. The property was for sale for £280,000 and the Home For Life Plan allowed them to move in for £191,000 saving them £89,000.
Mrs Green said: "Thanks to the Homewise Home For Life Plan, we are now able to be living in the village we love - thank you so much."
