Mr and Mrs Selby had previously been living in a Park Home in West Sussex. They made the decision to move as they no longer enjoyed the lifestyle that their home and location offered them.
In addition, they wanted to be within easy reach of their children and grandchildren. Their new home fulfils all these aims as well as being in a lovely, traditional Hampshire village.
They sold their Park Home for £155,000 and moved into their new apartment, with a value of £195,000, with a Lifetime Lease costing just £112,000. This enabled them to benefit from an additional £43,000, which they had left over from the sale of their Park Home, some of which they plan to use to fulfil their ambition to go travelling.
