Homewise customers Rex and Vera Priggen had enjoyed 20 years of the expatriate lifestyle in Spain. Vera Priggen unfortunately became unwell, forcing the Priggens' to take the decision to leave the Costa Blanca and return to the UK.
However finding a suitable home in the location they wanted, and in the current climate of spiraling house prices was more of a challenge than they had anticipated. That is until Rex Priggen noticed an ad in a magazine regarding the Homewise Lifetime Lease. The Priggens' made a one off payment, saving £85,000 against the market value of their new home in Westage-on-Sea, enabling them to live there for the rest of their lives, without paying rent or a mortgage.
